14/04/08 Site now back open. Orders placed between 7-14 will be processed this week, there will be a delay as we catch up. 4/04/08 As posted yesterday the site is now closed for orders, I have just been advised that a mistake means the password and user id were advised the wrong way around anyone having problems logging into the user area for settings and instructions should swop the user name and password around 3/04/08 Holiday ! (sort of!) No orders will be processed between 5th and 14th april. I will still be around but not doing much ! so if you have any queries please email nigel@13cm.co.uk

01/01/08 Happy New Year! Still waiting for 200 mW transmitters Wide Coverage Receiver stock getting low but more are being shipped with the transmitters so they should be here before stock is exhausted.

20/12/07 Another quick update, all outstanding orders have now been shipped, the postal system is taking a little longer than usual but everything ordered up to and including today should arrive in time for Christmas. Orders can still be placed over the Christmas period if they are in stock they will be posted whenever the post-office is open. Items currently out of stock are the 200 mW 2.4Ghz Transmitter and the 18 Watt 23cm PA.
16/12/07 18 Watt Pa’s now out of stock again, more expected towards the end of the month.
29/11/07 New Controller Pcb’s now arrived and back orders are being shipped. Quite busy at the moment all products are currently in stock.
4/11/07 Just about caught up after the 1 week holiday. LCD controllers are about to go out of stock. New PCB’s will be delivered in about 5 Days. I will mark them out of stock soon. 15/09/07 23cm Receiver back in stock this product is now also ROHS 30/08/07 Cables and connectors added, only one cable at the moment but more bits to come later this week. 17/08/07 I have just marked the 200 mW Transmitter out of stock, it is unclear if this product will be available again in the EU as it is not currently ROHS approved. Although the ‘can’ maybe available without the demo board 16/08/07 After discussion with a recent customer I have decided to make some changes to the contact numbers and the way orders are processed. I have added the ‘real’ number 01773 318239 as the other number seemed a little unreliable and cost similar to calling a mobile it has now been converted to a fax number. I am not normally available to answer the phone during the day but will try to answer the new line in the evening. The line has a answering service so please leave a message. If you don’t get a human. Order processing will soon see automated emails that advise order progress, when the order is placed a notification will be mailed and as the order is processed and payment taken emails will be sent advising of this. I have finally received confirmation from Comtech that ROHS versions of the 23cm Transmitter 23cm Receiver and 13cm Transmitter are now available which is good news. As soon as current stock is sold ROHS versions will be available. The wide coverage 13cm Receiver is expected to be ROHS compliant later this year. Current stock of the Wide Coverage Receiver was purchased before the deadline and is not ROHS compliant but should last until the ROHS version becomes available.
