2 Our contract with you

4 Your right to Cancel
- 4.1 We want you to be satisfied with your purchase if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods you can cancel your order within 7 working days.
- 4.2 You must advise us of your intention to cancel via email, fax or letter, you will be issued with a returns number. which should be marked clearly on the outside of your package. A refund will be made within 30 days.
- 4.3 You must ensure that goods are returned using the same packing materials and postal insurance as they were sent. The cost of returning the goods will be bourne by you.

- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England. This agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is hereby expressly excluded.
14 Force majeure
- We are not liable for any breach of our obligations resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control including strikes of our own employees.
